Amazing product and most of all great customer service. I received the product first but unfortunately the board was broken due to mishandling by courier company .. But hometrends replaced it with new one without any questions. Replacement Package received thank you so much for the amazing customer service and a unique product.. It is a great gift item..

It's welded at the base... The quality is good but rough. Dull edges... Best to be kept as an ornament!
Good packing. But took some extra time.
